Meet Misty Shaffer.
The wife of an American military member, she surprised husband Larry after the couple had spent a year apart, greeting him with a smile and a new look:
Molly shed 100 pounds during the couple's very long time apart, keeping her weight loss plan a secret and doing it by simply replacing junk food with vegetables and cutting down on her portions.
"I've been happy with the way she's looked since day one,” Larry told a local NBC affiliate, though he admitted that Misty’s svelte body was the “icing on the cake” to his return home.
